Lincoln, August 6, 2024- The Nebraska Public Service Commission (PSC) wants to ensure grainproducers are aware that NORAG, LLC, of Stilwell, Kansas can no longer do business as a GrainDealer in Nebraska.
“For more than a year, the PSC grain department has works to bring this grain dealer intocompliance,” said Commission Chair Dan Watermeier. “At this time, the company has chosennot to renew its license and therefore cannot do business as a grain dealer in our state.”
By choosing not to renew, NORAG, LLC, is no longer a licensed grain dealer in Nebraska andcannot do business as such.
Commissioner Watermeier said, “We want to make sure producers are aware of thisdevelopment as harvest season gets underway.”
