(LINCOLN, NEB.)  — Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol have arrested a Lincoln woman after she attempted to bring contraband into a correctional facility.

On Monday, Nebraska Department of Correctional Services officials alerted State Patrol investigators that a visitor to the Reception and Treatment Center had attempted to pass an item, believed to be a controlled substance, to an inmate.
