Kearney Police Department
Kearney Police and Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office Investigators recently obtained and served additional arrest warrants related to the September 15, 2023 Felony Child Abuse case. On November 8, 2023, 54-year-old - Clint Ellingson of Kearney, was arrested on an arrest warrant for Accessory to a Felony, a class IIIA felony.
Additionally, on October 27th, 2023, Investigators arrested 57-year-old - Eric Nesiba, of Kearney on an arrest warrant for Aiding and Abetting, a class II felony. Both of these arrests are related to the harboring of Jacob Ellingson.
