Nebraska State Patrol Arrests York Man in Child Exploitation Investigation

 (YORK, NEB.)  — Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol Tech Crimes Unit, with assistance from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), have arrested a York man after a child exploitation investigation.

Wednesday, investigators performed a search warrant at the residence of 1725 N. Iowa Avenue, Apartment 4, in York. The search of the residence involved a child exploitation investigation.

A resident, Timothy Clark, 29, was arrested for two counts of possession of child pornography.  Clark was lodged in York County Jail. The investigation remains ongoing.
