Crews battle early morning house fire in Kearney

Kearney, Neb. - Multiple area fire departments in Central Nebraska battled a house fire early Monday morning in Kearney. 

The Buffalo County Sheriff's Department reported on Facebook around 3:30 am Monday morning about the fire and reported that all occupants in the home escaped without injuries. The fire occurred at a home in northwest Kearney. 

The Kearney Volunteer Fire Department was assisted by Elm Creek Volunteer Fire Department, Pleasanton Volunteer Fire Department, Amherst Volunteer Fire Department and the Gibbon Volunteer Fire Department.
