SALINE COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for alleged child sex crimes.
Salina police received a call from the family of a sex abuse victim informing them of the alleged sexual abuse, according to Salina Police Lieutenant James Feldman.
On Sunday police arrested 56-year-old Delwin Wohlgemuth on the requested charges that include 30 counts of aggravated indecent solicitation of a child less than 14 years old and 30 counts of rape where the victim is less than 14 years old.
Feldman said the alleged sexual abuse took place over the course of multiple months.
