Central Nebraska Woman Sentenced for Distributing Methamphetamine in Grand Island

Acting United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that Brenda M. Wynn, 49, of Wood River, Nebraska, was sentenced in Lincoln, Nebraska, by Senior United States District Court Judge John M. Gerrard to 33 months’ imprisonment to be followed by 4 years of supervised release. There is no parole in the federal system.

In April 2021, Wynn sold methamphetamine to a confidential informant in Grand Island, Nebraska, on three separate occasions, distributing a total of 153 grams of pure methamphetamine and approximately 28 grams of a mixture of methamphetamine.  

This case was investigated by the Nebraska State Patrol.
