Kimball, Neb. - The Kimball Police Department and Pine Bluffs Police Department (WY) announced they have entered into a mutual aid agreement.&nbsp;

On Thursday, Kimball Police Chief Jose Ruiz met with Pine Bluffs Police Chief Austin Smith in Pines Bluff and entered the mutual aid agreement. A mutual aid agreement is where law enforcement from both the agencies can cross state lines and work together. This can include weather related, assisting with mass casualties, active shooters are just a few examples.&nbsp;
