(Ainsworth, Neb.) — Work is underway on N-11, from reference post 114.97 to reference post 127.42, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
Vontz Paving of Hastings is the prime contractor for this project. Work includes culvert and flume installation, milling, asphalt paving, and seeding. Traffic will be maintained with a pilot car and flaggers for temporary lane restrictions. Traffic will be reduced to a single lane for complete surfacing removal and replacement, from station 175+00 to 185+00, with traffic maintained with temporary traffic signals and an 11-foot width restriction. Anticipated completion is Sept. 2024.
Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near work zones, to buckle up, and to put phones down.
