OMAHA, Neb. — The Nebraska State Patrol has arrested a Millard Public Schools teacher as part of an ongoing child exploitation investigation.
Authorities say investigators served a search warrant at approximately 6:15 a.m. Wednesday and arrested 47-year-old Matthew Lund of Omaha at his residence.
Lund was booked into Douglas County Corrections on charges of possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material.
According to the Nebraska State Patrol, Lund is a teacher at Andersen Middle School in Millard Public Schools. Investigators say there is no indication at this time that any students are victims in the case.
The investigation remains ongoing.
