NODAWAY COUNTY, Missouri—Two people were injured in an accident just after 9:30a.m. Wednesday in Nodaway County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2003 Mitsubishi Endeavor driven by Lindsey L. Storm, 35, Omaha, was northbound on MO 113 two miles south of Quitman.
The driver failed to stop at the stop sign at MO 46. The SUV struck the drivers side front tire on a westbound 2019 Chrysler Pacifica driven by Kathleen J. Leus, 72, Maryville, Missouri.
Life-Flight air ambulance transported Storm to an Omaha hospital. Nodaway County EMS transported Leus to Mosaic in Maryville. Storm was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
