OGALLALA, Neb. — The Ogallala City Council will consider proposed regulations for mobile food vendors and address several nuisance properties when it meets Tuesday evening.

Council members are scheduled to convene at 7 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall, 411 East Second Street, to discuss a number of ordinances, resolutions, and development-related items.

Among the items on the agenda is consideration of an ordinance establishing regulations for mobile food vendors operating within the city. The council is expected to discuss the proposed rules and determine whether to move forward with the measure.

The council will also consider several nuisance abatement resolutions involving properties determined to be in violation of city code. Approval of the resolutions would allow the city to proceed with efforts to address those concerns.

In addition, council members are slated to consider the final plat for Great West Townhomes Replat No. 2, a step in the city's review process for the development.

The agenda also includes updates from the city manager regarding ongoing projects and city activities.

The meeting is open to the public and begins at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Ogallala City Hall.
