OGALLALA, Neb. — The Ogallala City Council will convene for its regular meeting tonight, with several key items on the agenda, including appointments to the city’s Historic Preservation Commission and updates from utility and public works representatives.
During the meeting, the council is expected to appoint Kody Quint, Barb Jeffres, Molly Jeffres, Sheila Mitchell and Tomas Enland to serve on the Historic Preservation Commission.
PeopleService Inc., the city’s contracted water and wastewater services provider, will provide an operational update to the council.
Additionally, resident Melissa Maxey is scheduled to address the council regarding concerns about a curb stop or shut-off valve.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Mountain Time in the Ogallala Council Chambers.
