North Platte, Neb. - Fair week is underway for Lincoln County and the Lincoln County Fairgrounds welcome in Lincoln, Logan and McPherson County 4-H'rs all week long to participate in different events. Taking Place Monday at the fairgrounds is the 4-H Livestock Sale with the buyer's lunch beginning at 12:00pm and the sale begins at 1:00pm. The sale will be a premium only.

4-H is America's largest youth development program across the United States that helps learn skills that will last a lifetime. The age requirement for 4-H is the ages of 8-18. Makynzi Smith and younger brother Dracen Smith are preparing to show calves at this year's fair. The pair began preparing for the fair last fall.
