North Platte, Neb. - Fair week is wrapping up this afternoon at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds with the 4-H Livestock Sale. Going on today at the fairgrounds is the 4-H Livestock Sale with the buyer's lunch beginning at 11:30pm and the sale begins at 1:00pm. The sale will be a premium only.&nbsp;&nbsp;
